Last updated: January 20, 2026

Best IPTV Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (the “Site”) to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”).

1) Designated DMCA Agent (Contact)

To submit a DMCA notice, contact our designated agent at:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Address: 410 Hillsborough St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, United States

2) Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notification that includes the following required elements (per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)17\ U.S.C.\ \S 512(c)(3)17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works are involved)
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it on the Site (preferably specific URLs)
  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number (if available), and email address)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the party who provided the content.

3) Counter-Notification (If Content Was Removed)

If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice that includes (per 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)17\ U.S.C.\ \S 512(g)(3)17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)):

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (preferably specific URLs)
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number (if available), and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order, we may restore the content within a reasonable period as permitted by the DMCA.

4) Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing without prior notice when required or appropriate.

5) Misrepresentations

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be subject to liability.

6) Policy Updates

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date above.
