Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy applies to Best IPTV Services (the “Service”), a streaming platform. It explains the rules for the 24-hour free trial, refunds, and how cancellation works.
1) Free trial (24 hours)
We offer a free trial period of 24 hours for eligible users. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user, household, device, or network, and we may refuse trial access if we detect abuse or repeated trial requests.
The trial is provided for evaluation purposes. Once the 24-hour period ends, trial access expires unless you purchase a paid access plan.
2) No subscriptions / no recurring billing
We do not sell subscriptions and we do not bill on a recurring basis. Any paid offering is provided as a one-time purchase for access to the Service for the period and conditions shown at checkout (an “Access Plan”).
Because there is no recurring billing, “cancellation” generally means you simply stop using the Service. There is no recurring charge to cancel.
3) 7-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked)
If you purchase an Access Plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. If your request is made within that 7-day window, we will process it in accordance with this policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times can vary by payment provider/bank, but typically take 3–10 business days after approval.
4) How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] and include:
- The email address used for your purchase (if different from the email you’re sending from)
- Your order/transaction ID or receipt (if available)
- The purchase date and the Access Plan purchased
We may ask for minimal information needed to locate the transaction and prevent fraud. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5) Chargebacks (please contact us first)
Please do not file a chargeback with your bank/card provider before contacting us. We are happy to handle refunds directly to make the process easier and faster for you.
If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may suspend or restrict access associated with the transaction while the dispute is investigated. We also reserve the right to decline future purchases from accounts associated with chargeback abuse or suspected fraud.
6) Exceptions (fraud and abuse)
While our 7-day guarantee is “no questions asked,” we may deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or clear violations of our Terms of Service. We may also refuse refunds if required by law enforcement, court order, or to comply with legal obligations.
7) Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. The updated policy will apply going forward.
