TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

19) Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the Service.
